Pomegranate contains many phytochemicals with antioxidant action.
Pomegranate offers abundant benefits for the cardiovascular system by preventing damage to arterial walls, promoting healthy blood pressure levels, improving blood flow to the heart, and preventing or reversing atherosclerosis.

4. Safety Concerns
Pomegranate should not be used by pregnant and nursing women, and overuse (many times the recommended dosage) may cause cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. Pomegranate fruit should not be taken if you have diarrhea, and in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Pomegranate fruit should not be taken with oil or fats when used to treat parasite infections. Some people who are allergic to Pomegranate are also allergic to other fruits, pollen or nuts.

In the most significant clinical studies to date, a daily dose of 78 mg of punicalagins yielded such remarkable benefits as reversing atherosclerosis, reducing high blood pressure, and preventing the adverse cardiovascular consequences of diabetes. Guarana , is a climbing plant in the maple family, Sapindaceae, native to the Amazon basin and especially common in Brazil. Guarana features large leaves and clusters of flowers, and is best known for the seeds from its fruit, which are about the size of a coffee bean. As a dietary supplement, guarana is an effective stimulant:its seeds contain about twice the concentration of caffeine found in coffee seeds (about 2–4.5% caffeine in guarana seeds compared to 1–2% for coffee seeds).

Hesperidin methyl chalcone is a bioflavinoid. It is found in naturally high concentrations in the peel, pulp, and membranes of citrus fruit, such as grapefruits, lemons, and oranges. Hesperidin methyl chalcone has antioxidant properties, which help it to combat the inflammation and cell damage caused by free radicals.

In skin care products, hesperidin methyl chalcone improves the appearance of the characteristic, bluish-black circles that can form under the eyes. The skin under the eyes is much thinner than on other parts of the face and body. As a result, dark bluish-black circles can form under the eyes, giving a tired and prematurely aged appearance. These discolored areas are the result of blood flowing through the capillaries that lie just under the surface of the thin, fragile skin, which is almost translucent. Hesperidin methyl chalcone strengthens the capillary walls and lowers the blood flow passing through the tiny blood vessels. It also prevents blood leaking out of the capillaries by reducing the permeability of the blood vessel walls. With stronger capillary walls and less visible blood flow, the skin loses its bluish-black hue.

Dark circles under the eye area are often associated with aging. Although dark circles can appear at any age, they often become more pronounced as an individual matures. When hesperidin methyl chalcone is taken as an oral supplement, it boosts the integrity of blood vessels and improves blood flow.
